IT QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINEER

Leribe, Lesotho

Peak performance is woven into every area of our business, from our manufacturing facilities and distribution centres to our retail stores and digital platforms. Connecting it all is a growing technology ecosystem that enables operational excellence and supports the business at scale.

As this ecosystem continues to expand, the reliability, stability, and quality of our systems become even more critical. To keep both our technology and the business performing at their best, we’re building a dedicated Quality Assurance capability within our IT team — focused on embedding quality earlier and more deliberately across everything we deliver.

We’re looking for a hands-on Quality Assurance Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end testing across our systems. This is a collaborative, execution-focused role where you’ll work closely with developers, solution architects, and delivery partners, validating business-critical systems across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance, while supporting the transition from predominantly manual testing toward a more automation-led approach.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  •  Owning end-to-end testing across custom applications, integrations, ERP-linked processes, and reporting platforms
  •  Executing functional, system, integration, and regression testing across web, eCommerce, SYSPRO-integrated, and BI environments
  •  Validating business-critical workflows spanning manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance systems
  •  Participating in solution design and delivery discussions to identify quality risks early
  •  Writing, maintaining, and evolving automated test scripts across applications, integrations, and data layers
  •  Supporting release readiness by validating changes ahead of production deployment
  •  Contributing to the development of QA standards, testing approaches, and ways of working as the capability matures

Skills and experience required:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance or Software Testing role
  • Hands-on experience with end-to-end, system, integration, and regression testing
  •  Practical experience contributing to or building automated test scripts
  •  Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and data accuracy
  •  Experience validating both application behaviour and underlying data integrity
  •  Exposure to custom-built systems rather than only off-the-shelf software
  • Comfortable working across technical and business teams in operationally complex environments
  •  Clear communicator who can translate defects and risks into business-relevant insight
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus

In line with Jonsson Workwear’s commitment to employment equity, applications from candidates from designated groups, as well as candidates with disabilities, are encouraged.

IT SUPPORT LEAD

Nhlangano, Shiselweni, Eswatini

At Jonsson Workwear, technology is a critical enabler of our manufacturing capability. The systems and infrastructure that support our operations must be reliable, secure and aligned to the demands of a high-performing production environment.

To support the continued growth of our eSwatini facility, we’re looking for an experienced IT Support Lead to join our Technology Team. This role will take ownership of the on-site IT environment, ensuring that infrastructure, systems and support processes enable efficient, uninterrupted operations. If you have strong technical depth and the ability to lead within a complex environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

As the on-site IT lead, your expertise will be central to maintaining stable, secure and high-performing systems while guiding a team of technicians. Your work will directly support production efficiency and ensure that technology continues to enable seamless operations across the facility.

This role goes beyond day-to-day support. Your ability to lead a team, manage vendors, and implement effective IT solutions within a manufacturing environment will be key. By bridging technical capability with operational needs, you’ll ensure that systems and infrastructure continue to support performance, scalability and long-term growth.

The IT Support Lead that supports our business will be required to:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT support technicians, ensuring consistent delivery and ongoing development.
  • Allocate work, monitor performance and maintain alignment to IT standards, procedures and service expectations.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration and maintenance of network infrastructure, servers, end-user devices, and access and surveillance systems.
  • Ensure system uptime, performance and security across all supported environments.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and operational teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that support production workflows.
  • Support the integration of manufacturing and operational systems, including MES, WMS and connected technologies.
  • Maintain accurate system documentation and ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection requirements and audit standards.
  • Coordinate with IT and systems vendors, managing support activities, tracking issues and ensuring adherence to standards and site requirements.
  • Support the introduction of new or enhanced systems into production environments.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

At Jonsson Workwear, the reliability of our technology plays a critical role in enabling consistent, high-quality output across our operations. Every team in our business relies on stable systems and responsive support to keep work moving without interruption.

From supporting production teams on the factory floor to ensuring seamless connectivity between systems – to keep our eSwatini facility operating effectively, we’re looking for a hands-on Junior IT Support Engineer to join our Technology Team.
