HESSEQUA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY
NATIONAL DIPLOMA AND GRADUATE INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME
Applications are invited from candidates who have successfully completed their National Certificate N6 (Information Technology) at a TVET College or a relevant qualification from a South African university and require practical experience.
Minimum Requirements: Relevant certificates in Information Systems (A+ recommended) • Valid Code B driver's licence • Computer literate • Must be fit and healthy.
Technical Competencies: The successful candidate must demonstrate the potential to be trained to provide first-line ICT support to users, install PC’s and peripheral devices, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, network cable installation, pro-active equipment maintenance, and IT asset management.
The internship is for a fixed period of 12 months. Monthly stipend: R6 500 for graduate students and R4 000 for students. Candidates residing in the Hessequa region will enjoy preference.
