Overview of Role
The Fairies Cleaning Services KwaZulu - Natal has various cleaning vacancies available in Halfway Ballito. 1X Site Supervisor, 2X Team Leaders, 4X Driver/Cleaners, 8X Cleaners
Responsibilities
· Cleaners are required to take care of all equipment and to ensure that they are in working order. Inform the supervisor of any damages. Deal with complaints and requests with politeness. To check stock and consumables levels and replace when it is needed. Adhere to all rules on health and safety and any other rules that the client has put in place.
· Site Supervisors and team leaders are to perform the relevant team managing and team leaders duties.
· Drivers to perform a variety of cleaning and driving activities such as washing of vehicles, prepping of vehicles to be delivered and moving of vehicles within the yard . To take care of all equipment and to ensure that they are in working order. Inform the supervisor of any damages. Deal with complaints and requests with politeness. To check stock and consumables levels and replace when it is needed. Adhere to all rules on health and safety and any other rules that the client has put in place.
Qualification
· Grade 10 - 12
· Drivers need a Valid Drivers' License
Experience
The ideal candidate must have general cleaning experience and at least 3 years driving experience. The ideal candidate must be able to work without any supervision and still maintain the high standards that Fairies have put in place. Time management skills and basic knowledge of the English language.
Personal Characteristics
The ideal candidate must be friendly, helpful, communicate well and be physically strong as the job is physically demanding.
