Requirements :
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent. Basic R425 qualification (i.e. Degree/diploma in nursing) or equivalent qualification that allows registration with South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. An additional qualification registered with SANC according to Regulation R212 in Health Services Management/Nursing Administration (degree or diploma). A minimum of seven (7) years appropriate/recognizable experience in Nursing after registration as a Professional Nurse with the SANC in General Nursing. Exposure working in HIV/AIDS and TB programmes, NIMART training (Nurse Initiated Management of ART) or Vertical Mother to child training programme (VTP) will be added advantage. A qualification/certificate in TB, NIMART and VTP. Duties :
- Ensure the provision of comprehensive effective clinical governance through quality improvement processes implementation. Monitor and evaluate the performance of HAST unit in line with public health indicators. Analyse health policies and programs with a view to develop customized implementation strategies to guide the health care service providers towards complying with stated norms and standards. Ensure the provision of comprehensive HAST services including HIV counselling and testing (HTS), initiation and management of ART (NIMART), Management of TB and sexually transmitted infections. Implement VTP programs and Prep Services. Ensure maintenance of accurate patients records and HAST statistics. Provide contextual planning, monitoring and evaluation. Facilitate and advocate for the required resources for service delivery including staff development. Ensure cost effective and appropriate use of resources. Ensure appropriate implementation of Batho Pele Principles. Management and support education, service training, and practice development initiatives in the facility, professional growth, ethical standards and participation in training research. Oversee discipline and grievance matters including monitoring and managing absenteeism. Implement consequence management for non-compliance.

Duties :
- Implement comprehensive nursing care to all HAST patients, promote adherence, self-care, treatment, and compliance. Supervise the administration of treatment plan on all opportunistic common conditions with the guidelines and standard operating procedures of the programme. Screen all HIV positive patients for TB and other health conditions before they are initiated on ART. Maintain a therapeutic relationship and environment in which health care can be provided optimally and safely. Supervise the effective implementation of the HAST programme and all the pillars of HIV management. understand the impact of HIV infection within the South African context and study the profile of HAST in the facility. Create and communicate an accurate records management and archiving of all HAST patients retained files. Implement all HAST guidelines and SOPs. Participate in Health promotion and HIV prevention initiatives including assessments, testing, education to improve and control the spread of HIV in the facility. Duties :
- Execute all authorized transportation trips of linen, staff, records, linen to relevant destinations. Check the level and condition of fuel, water, oil and tires every time before driving a vehicle. Complete the vehicle inspection form after checking vehicle for any problems (e.g. dents and scratches) and report dents and scratches on vehicles. Report and complete the accident report when involved in a motor vehicle accident immediately. Report minor and major defects on the vehicle to supervisor. Responsible for safekeeping of vehicle keys, while vehicles are in use. Responsible for spare wheel, jack and all other tools in vehicle. Ensure that the vehicle is clean and in a good condition before handing back the keys at the end of the shift. Report low fuel level to Despatcher at the end of your shift. Duties :
