DUTIES : Facilitate the integration of planning, resource allocation and performance management of outcomes of the Provincial Office through the Corporate Governance Framework. Facilitate the issuing of planning framework by the Directorate: Strategic Planning for all Provincial Offices and monitor Provincial Offices planning process. Analyse the District Integrated Operational Plans and ensure alignment with the DLRRD Annual Performance Plan.
