DUTIES : Facilitate the integration of planning, resource allocation and performance management of outcomes of the Provincial Office through the Corporate Governance Framework. Facilitate the issuing of planning framework by the Directorate: Strategic Planning for all Provincial Offices and monitor Provincial Offices planning process. Analyse the District Integrated Operational Plans and ensure alignment with the DLRRD Annual Performance Plan. Analyse Provincial Integrated Operational Plans and ensure alignment to the District Operational Plans. Ensure approval (signing off) of all Districts and Provincial Integrated Operational Plans.
