Job Description
- To follow up on outstanding debt to ensure that it is collected timeously.
- To develop and implement policies and procedures for the environment to ensure compliance.
- To escalate outstanding debt to improve the collectability of debt.
- To process debt, write off and debt impairment to ensure that the debtor's book is collectable.
- To provide an effective service in respect of debt and cash flow management.
- To provide input into the reporting process to ensure that stakeholders have complete, accurate and timely information for decision making purposes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce and / or equivalent qualification in Finance or Debt Collection.
- 2-3 years relevant experience.
Knowledge:
- Good knowledge of Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP) and other financial and accounting principles
- Understanding of relevant legislation, including PFMA and Treasury regulations.

Job Description
- Manage team/s to ensure effective and efficient operations and that all the resources are utilised optimally. This must be done in accordance with CSOS Policy Framework.
- Manage, develop and implement Architectural and Governance mechanisms for the Requirements Analysis and Design section to improve interoperability of government systems and quality of services and deliverables.
- Manage business analysis and design projects spanning multiple environments to ensure that it is successfully delivered.
- Manage and develop business analysis and design work packages for integrated software components, taking into consideration CSOS’s software development stack and doing this in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.
- Manage and model Target Business Solution Specification in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.

Job Requirements

Job Description
- Receive and record incoming and outgoing correspondence to ensure proper record-keeping for the Division.

- Quality assurance of applications for resolutions (special & unanimous) in terms of section 6 (9) of Sectional Tittle Schemes Management Act.

Job Requirements
- LLB or 3–year degree in Law (NQF 7).
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years working experience in a related legal or governance role.
- Postgraduate qualification in Law and Admission as an Attorney will be an added advantage.
- Previous experience working with community schemes will be an added advantage.
