FULL-TIME SENIOR COMMISSIONER

Johannesburg office has a vacancy for a Full-Time Senior Commissioner.

Purpose

To provide a management support role to the Regional Senior Commissioner in the Region and the statutory functions of the Commission in order to ensure all efficiencies and statutory requirements are always met.

Key performance areas:

·       Monitor Conciliation/ Arbitration hearings

·       Management of Commissioners

·       Management of Reviews, Rescissions and Enforcements

·       Provide support in managing support services

·       People Management

·       Reporting

·       Regional Department Plan

Key requirements:

• Minimum of eight (8) years relevant experience of which two (2) should be at a Senior Management Level or alternatively an appropriate NQF Level 6 tertiary qualification
• Training on Labour legislation
• Commissioner Training
• Training on CCMA policies and procedures
• Management and Leadership
