Minimum Requirements:
Matric and 1 year post matric certificate in Administration or related field
1 year experience in administration or financial administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Core Responsibilities:
- Receive all complaints telephonically or in person to ensure proper customer service
- Handle complaints and enquires
- Type all general correspondence, memos, letters and minutes, etc
- Maintain an up-to date archive system
- Perform administrative duties in respect of all staff members
- Control staff attendance registers and complete the timesheets
- Provide administrative support and services to ensure levies charged are billed by finance
- Promote good governance and risk management
- Ensure adherence to legislative, council approved policies and procedural requirements
- Ensure sound financial management is achieved to prevent wastage of financial resources
- Ensure good customer relations and satisfaction
