Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Operations Management or relevant equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification
- 3 - 5 years' experience within a project management environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Oversee, manage and improve service standard adherence through monitoring, reporting and compliance within the infrastructure cluster
- Develop tactical delivery plans in advising on and managing service standards in accordance with agreed customer service standards to promote and enhance service delivery
- Develop implementation plans and objectives in ensuring the achievement of an acceptable level of municipal services are delivered ensuring compilation and maintenance of a complaints database categorising reported service failures not resolved timeously is available for action and reporting
- Develop and deliver on service level agreements in alignment with the Batho Pele principles to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery
- Control and manage activities in compliance of related acts, legislation, Council policies and standards to ensure compliance to all relevant acts, legislation, Council policies and related standards
- Direct and control the key performance indicators, deliverables and outcomes of direct reports to ensure a healthy working relationship and conducive working environment
- Monitor and enforce effective financial control and financial compliance to ensure the implementation of Departmental plans in accordance with budget and procurement plans to improve service delivery

- 3 years working experience in construction/ contract or project management
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise, direct, control and coordinate the implementation of projects with your area of accountability
- Support, monitor and report on project implementation
- Manage allocated projects according to the set project management standards, methodology, prosses and tools by anticipating problems and resolve them timeously
- Implement, plan and drive project plans within area of accountability by planning and defining project scope, activity planning and sequencing, resource planning, developing schedules, time estimating, cost estimating etc
- Drive the execution of operational targets and objectives in the context of approved plans, policy, processes, governance and delivery systems
- Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reports as per developed set standards and requirements, legislation and regulations
- Ensure compliance to engineering standards and specifications, review and approve engineering drawing and design reports for projects
- Lead and manage direct and indirect teams

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Trade Test (Building)
- Valid C1 Driver's license with PrDP
- Physical fit to perform work
- 3 years' experience in building environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure that structures, manholes and paving are constructed or repaired as per required standards
- Restore, clean or paint existing brick, concrete and paving structures
- Lay bricks and other types of building blocks to construct and repair buildings and walks aligned in line with industry standards.
- Ensure that all plant, machinery and equipment are kept in good and working order at all times
- Effectively utilise allocated resources in order to perform contracted work outputs and report on and escalate any shortfalls
- Plan and organise own work tasks and routine within area of accountability
- Cut and trim bricks using allocated machinery and other allocated hand tools
- Complete all specified work orders within time limits allocated
- Apply good financial processes and accountability
- Efficiently and effectively attend to the customers complaints
- Provide effective and efficient management and apply a good work ethics
