Minimum Requirements:
- N5 certificate
- Tradesman Certificate in Plumbing
- 2 years' experience as an Artisan Assistant
- A valid Code B driver's license
Core Responsibilities:
- Perform plumbing maintenance work in the facilities management division on CoE facilities by applying the trade of initiate, plan, executive, monitor and control and close out work allocated such as installation, maintenance, and repair of pipes and fixtures associated with heating, cooling, water distribution, and sanitation systems in residential, office, and commercial structures
- Initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control and close out maintenance work by implementing the correct maintenance procedures for the applicable trade and building component to ensure efficient and functional facilities management, legislative standards and environmental conditions in Council facilities
- Perform human resources and related functions to ensure fair labour practices and compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
- Adhere to occupational, health and safety procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements
- Implement instructions from the operations office to satisfy client Departments

Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma in Project Management / Administration or relevant equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification
- 1 - 2 years' experience in a project administration environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Plan, initiate and maintain administration of projects and provide support to project managers
- Facilitate an effective operational process to ensure effective and efficient execution of assigned tasks and thereby contribute towards the achievement of performance goals by the division
- Perform governance and risk management functions to ensure promotion of good governance, compliance with applicable legislative and policy prescripts and effective and efficient management of risks by the Department
- Manage an effective financial process to contribute towards prudent financial management by the Department at large
- Ensure customer service orientation to promote people-centred and efficient service delivery by the Department in line with the Batho Pele principles
