Job Purpose

Job Purpose

Purpose of the Role
CPPD is seeking a highly motivated Administrative Assistant: Social Media and Marketing Support to provide dedicated support across digital marketing, social media management, website content, and stakeholder coordination. This role is strategically critical for:
- Ensuring accurate, accessible, and up-to-date information for all short courses across platforms
- Supporting CPPD’s digital presence to increase reach, engagement, and enrolments

Job Purpose

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Master’s degree qualification.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience in the higher education quality management and assurance environment, experience in a public higher education environment would be advantageous.
- A minimum of three (3) years of the above-mentioned experience in a senior administrative position or middle management level

- Preference may be given to candidates with a Doctoral qualification or proof of registration for a Doctoral qualification.

Job Purpose
To support and administer enterprise backup, recovery, and disaster recovery services within ICTS. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, recoverability, and protection of enterprise systems, data, and infrastructure through the effective management of backup environments, disaster recovery processes, monitoring, testing, and operational support.
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field
• Relevant backup, disaster recovery or infrastructure certifications will be advantageous
• At least four (4) years’ experience in enterprise infrastructure or backup administration environments
• Experience with enterprise backup and recovery solutions
• Experience supporting virtualised and enterprise server environments
• Experience with disaster recovery procedures, testing and business continuity processes
• Experience in the Higher Education environment will be advantageous
• Experience with enterprise backup technologies such as Veeam or similar solutions
• Familiarity with VMware and virtualisation technologies
• Understanding of SAN, storage and enterprise infrastructure environments
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis
• Knowledge of scripting and automation fundamentals
• Understanding of ITIL, change management and operational best
