JOB LEVEL : D2 
SALARY : Total Annual Package (CTC) – R834,934.00 
LOCATION : ICASA (Head Office – Sandton) 
POSITION STATUS : Permanent 
Purpose of the job 
• To Influence a co-coordinated and valid regulatory framework for internet governance and cyber-security; 
• To Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in the public policy and regulatory process and maintain compliance in all regulatory aspects; 
• To conduct and co-ordinate quantitative and qualitative research and analysis; and 
• Quality check of internal and external papers and recommendation reports. 
 
 
Key Outputs: The successful candidate will report to the Senior Manager: Social Policy for ICT services and the responsibilities will include: ● Cybersecurity and Internet Governance ● Operational Planning ● Departmental Management ● Stakeholder Management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience: ● Honours / 4-year Degree (NQF L8) in Social Sciences, Public Policy or Law ● 3 – 5 Years managerial Experience ● 4 – 7 Years professional Experience ● 6 – 8 Years working Experience.
