The position reports to Governance Manager
 
 
Requirements:
• A total of 10 years working experience, 3 of which must be at supervisor level.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Relevant degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Communication (advantageous).

Key Performance Areas:
• Develop, implement and update the study material to ensure relevance of the education and training.
• Consider types of disputes lodged with CSOS, Governance challenges within Community Schemes and conduct do trend analysis.
• Develop and implement learning programmes to address the trends.
• Develop and implement Services SETA accreditation process, quality system and standards.
• Establish and manage Services SETA Partnership Framework.
• Prepare and update Study materials.
• Conduct Education and Training.
• Develop policies, processes and standard operating procedures relating to own area of specialization.
• Provide specialist input in the development of Operational Plans and Organisational Strategy.
• Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time.
• Produce reports against the implementation of work plans and education.
• Establish public awareness systems and processes for the organisation.
• In consultation with the Executive: Governance, Compliance and Enforcement and the Marketing Communications team conceptualize public awareness campaigns.
• Develop and manage the implementation of a schedule for CSOS education and awareness.
• Manage the implementation of public awareness campaigns in support of CSOS and create awareness about Community Schemes Ombud Service.
• Provision of consumer education and awareness on the rights and responsibilities of owners, occupiers and other stakeholders living in community schemes.
• Create of public awareness of the CSOS services in terms of its mandate.
• Designs systems to monitor and evaluate the impact of public awareness on community schemes and CSOS.
