Minimum Requirements:
• Matric/Grade12
• Diploma in Customer Relations / Marketing/Public Relations /Communications or Journalism (NQF level 6)
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Customer Service Communications, Public Relations, Journalism and Marketing.
Primary Function: Rendering an efficient and effective Walk-in Centre service in the Region, by establishing and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas:
▪ Manage operational duties by implementing, coordinating, assisting, monitoring, maintaining and ensuring that effective and efficient walk-in centre services are rendered in the region.
▪ To render an efficient and effective citizen single point access to services through the walk-in centre.

▪ Capture/provide reports on various datasets as specified, and per relevant data application.
▪ Assist with TIER.Net (ART)/THIS (ART integrated with TB) data, for the different modules.
▪ Capture and process quarterly TB data for facilities not on THIS (TIER.Net integrated with TB).
▪ Capture (electronically) campaign data e.g. EPI, Measles, Influenza, HPV and other.
▪ Capture (electronically) other datasets as being implemented/as requested e.g. Patient Experience of Care (PEC), other surveys as requested, ideal clinic/norms and standards. Compile population data for sub district/region.
▪ Assist in provision of feedback on Regional (sub district) routine health data.
▪ Monitor and control clinic uploading of eHealth clinic data.
▪ Provide administrative support in relation to the Unit and Health Information Systems (HIS) training and meetings proceedings.
▪ Render procurement administrative support to the Unit.

• Bachelor’s Degree in education (BED) or a Tertiary qualification in a Social Science field related to Childcare, Education or Community Development (NQF level 7);
• At least 3 years relevant experience in a supervisory role; and
• Coordinating the development, implementation and evaluation of programmes to meet the changing needs in the communities. Programmes are aimed and children from 0-18 years old
• Must have a valid driver’s license (Code EB or C1).
Primary Function: To design and coordinate the Children’s Services programmes and strategies aimed at translating the Human development strategy into Regional programmes and projects, ensuring interdepartmental and multi-disciplinary collaboration in the implementation process. These services will be aimed at children from 0-18 years old.
