The Planning and Quality Assurance Unit is seeking an experienced professional to play a leadership and management role in relation to Quality Assurance to fill the position of Manager: Quality Assurance. Through adept academic operations and management, the Quality Assurance Manager will drive a holistic approach to quality enhancement across various aspects of our institution, including Institutional and National reviews, Programme Accreditation, Regulatory Compliance, Programme reviews and Departmental reviews both academic departments and support service departments. Job Purpose: The main functions would be to support Quality Assurance (QA) at UFH through managing reviews of academic and support departments, quality promotion, coordinating institutional reviews and programme approval processes, servicing university-wide quality assurance structures, and helping to monitor and improve the effectiveness of UFH’s Quality Assurance Management Systems. He or she will work closely with academic staff, faculties and academic administration structures and staff in the University, as well as with external regulatory bodies. Minimum Requirements:
