PURPOSE:

The Enterprise Architect is also responsible for cataloguing, developing, coordinating, communicating, maintaining and enforcing overall enterprise architecture models, representations, initiatives, capabilities and components to adequately perform the TCTA’s business and technology activities.

PURPOSE:
The Asset Management Specialist is responsible for the management of all the assets
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Implementation and compliance to TCTA’s Asset Management Policy and Procedures.
2. Provides assistance with the implementation of policies and processes in relation to fixed assets safeguarding.
3. Manages the development of written processes and procedures for identifying, tracking, transferring, reporting, and as requested, disposing of fixed assets
4. Conducts periodical and annual fixed asset audits and manages the organisations assets. Prepares asset recommendation reports after every audit or verification process.
5. Assists in reconciling fixed assets module with related fixed assets general ledger and resolves any variances with the Finance Department.
6. Management of TCTA’s pool vehicle fleet.
7. Implementation of a pool vehicle management methodology.
