GRANT ADMINISTRATORS (X3)
Salary: R 216 417.00 – R 254 928.00 p.a. exclusive of benefits 
Location: Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District – Lekwa- Teemane Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 38 / 2024) 
Location: Dr Ruth Segomotsi Mompati District – Naledi Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 39/ 2024) 
Location: Bojanala District – Moses Kotane Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 40 / 2024) 
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4). Computer literacy is essential. 
 
Added Advantage: A valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience. 
 
Duties: The incumbent will assist in the administration of Social Grants at Local Office Level; Effectively screen all grant applications; Capture applications on the system; Provide customer care; Process other grant documentation / perform other grants administration functions; Conduct quality control on grant applications and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3). 
 
 
 
 
ADMINISTRATION CLERK
Salary: R 216 417. 00 – R 254 928. 00 p.a. exclusive of benefits 
Location: Ngaka Modiri Molema District- Ramotshere Local Office (Ref No: SAS NW 41/ 2024)
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF level 4), knowledge experience, interpretation and application of accrual accounting and GRAP standards, Public Finance Management experience, computer literacy, Planning & Organizing skill, analytic thinking 
Duties: The incumbent will effectively render clerical duties such as Transport services, Human Resources Administration, General Admin Support Services & Provisioning Services (Procurements and Issuing of Stores)

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4), Computer literacy is essential.
 
Added advantage: A Valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience will be an added advantage.
