JOB TITLE: Senior Manager: Supply Chain Management
DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract
REPORTING TO: Chief Financial Officer
JOB GRADE: D4
TOTAL CTC: Minimum - R 1,012,897 | Midpoint - R 1,191,644

LOCATION: National Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide strategic direction and manage the Supply Chain Management functional areas to ensure compliance with SCM prescripts, policies and procurement.

Management of SCM functional areas
Bid Committees management
Management Reporting
Risk and Audit Management
Financial Management
People Management
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) plus Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or Post Graduate Diploma in Supply Chain/Financial Management
Master’s Degree (NQF Level 9) as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
8 - 10 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management or Financial Management field of which 5 years must have been in management level
Able to demonstrate:
Comprehensive knowledge of public sector SCM legislative environment
Comprehensive knowledge of SCM policy and procedures, PFMA, PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations, GRAP and BBBEE amended Codes of Good Practice and all other applicable legislations
Knowledge of King III Report on Corporate Governance
Knowledge of Risk Management
