The QCTO is a Council established under the Skills Development Act for standards generation and quality assurance for all occupational qualifications. The QCTO is looking for highly motivated, competent and professional individuals to fill the following position: - ICT TECHNICIAN (Permanent Position) REF: QCTO 178 Salary Notch: R 173 703.00 – R 204 612.00 (Excluding benefits) LOCATION: PRETORIA To provide technical advice and support for ICT equipment.
Requirements: A recognised three (3) year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or (minimum NQF level 6) registered with occupational qualifications sub-framework (SAQA). Experience in supporting application systems and troubleshooting An advantage shall be knowledge of Public Service, QCTO Mandates and Strategies, relevant Government legislations, QCTO business strategies and goals, QCTO services, QCTO business processes and value chain, QCTO values and Microsoft and other operating systems and software Must have skills in quality management, communication, planning and organising, problem solving, analytical and Interpersonal skills.
