Appointment requirements: A relevant bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Waste Management, or General Management A relevant postgraduate qualification would be an advantage. An MBA or equivalent qualification is also preferable. At least 8 years’ experience at a senior management/executive level in a comparable environment in the public or private sector In-depth experience and understanding of operations Demonstrable experience in project management and performance management Competencies Leading Competencies Strategic direction and leadership.
