OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To direct and oversee financial management and reporting services for PRASA Group.

1. Develop and maintain group financial management and reporting frameworks.
2. Oversee financial reporting for the Group.
3. Oversee financial management activities.
4. Corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
5. Manage human, physical, and financial resources in line with the organisational policies, processes, and procedures.
