PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR
Job Profile:
The role is responsible to provide administration support to the payroll function and assist in the provision of a comprehensive payroll service to the Limpopo Provincial Office.
Reports to:
Provincial General Manager and HOD: Payroll Manager
 
Key Performance Areas:
  •  Address daily queries, HR payroll reporting, new recruit capturing, Promotions, Transfers and record keeping.HCM c ompliance and new payroll function as per time and attendance protocols. Coordinate payroll and fringe benefit matters, leave management, general administration, implementing employment contracts, payroll audit compliance, monthly reports, and submission of payroll data to authorised users.
 
Job Requirements:
  • A Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
  •  A minimum of 3 – 5 years’ hands on working experience in payroll
  •  Planning, preparing, and reporting payroll data
  • Working knowledge of Sage will be an added advantage
  •  Computer literate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Own Laptop and Cell phone

HOD: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Job Profile:
The role is responsible to provide an effective and efficient Human Resource generalist function in a designated Province; to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The role will form partnerships with provincial and national leadership and provide an HR advisory service to them.
 
Reports to:
Provincial General Manager and HOD: Human Resources
 
Key Performance Areas:
  •  Build and maintain constructive relationships with line managers, staff, and internal and external HR partners.
  •  Advising, coaching, and supporting line managers and staff on the interpretation, application, and implementation of HR policies/procedures/processes/systems pertaining to staff learning and development, conditions of service, employee relations, change management, staff wellness, staff recruitment and induction, employment equity and remuneration, performance management, organizational design, including job evaluation – to ensure consistency with relevant legislation and WOF HR policy and procedure.
  • Communicate/refer/escalate HR-related issues as appropriate.
  • Stakeholder Relations.
 
  • Undertaking specific projects, in consultation with line management, to facilitate HR activities and enhance client service
  •  Give input on appropriate interventions to improve employee relations.
 
Job Requirements:
  •  3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) / Degree in Human Resource Management
  •  Minimum of five (5) years’ HR experience – with two years’ experience in a generalist role
  • Extensive knowledge of applicable legislation: BCEA, EE, LRA, Skills Development
  •  Proven experience in attending to conciliations and arbitrations at the CCMA
  • Union engagements
  • Computer literate (Google Suite as an advantage)
  •  Own Laptop and Cell phone
  • Valid driver’s license
  •  Willingness to travel
