SALARY : R1 059 105 per annum (Level 12), (all-inclusive salary package)

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 4-year post school qualification (NQF 8); A minimum of 8 years relevant experience; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence. DUTIES : Research, refine and develop institutional change policies, strategies, and frameworks; Perform project management functions with regards to the implementation of institutional change programmes and projects; Facilitate the successful implementation of the department's e-vision strategy project, by harnessing data warehouse capabilities to support informed decision-making, business intelligence (BI), and reporting; Champion the digital transformation journey through the implementation of BI Project; Communicate and report on matters pertaining to institutional change programmes.
