SALARY : R896 436 per annum (Level 11), (all-inclusive salary package)

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT PRACTITIONER REF NO: POCS 07/2025 
SALARY : R397 116 - R467 790 per annum (Level 08) 
CENTRE : Department of Police Oversight and Community Safety, Western Cape Government. 
 
REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification); A minimum of 1-year relevant asset management experience. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Financial norms and standards, (Public Finance Management Act -PFMA, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Instructions/Directives; Extensive knowledge of Supply Chain Management systems such as LOGIS; Immovable asset management policies, procedures and applicable delegations of authority; SCM regulations, policies, procedures, applicable delegations and asset management forms; Lease, maintenance and types of lease contracts. Skills in the following: Computer literacy in MS Office Package (Word Excel, PowerPoint); Communication skills (written and verbal); Accounting finance and audit; Planning and organising; Ability to analyse, conceptualise and implement policies; A valid driving license will be advantageous.
