REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (National Diploma/B-Degree or higher qualification); A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a Records Management environment; A valid code B driving licence. Recommendations: Records Management Course/training. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Registry procedures, filing systems, Provincial Archives and records services of the Western Cape, 2005 (Act no 3, 2005); Government Environment Information Management; Records Management Systems; Electronic Content Management; Policy and prescripts related to records and knowledge management; Project Management; Communication (written and verbal) skills; Problem solving; Excellent planning and organising skills; People Management skills; Leading and supervising skills; Proven computer literacy in MS Office packages.
