DUTIES : Supervise and lead staff in the office; Planning and implementation of economic, sustainable grain and pasture production systems; Project design, planning and management; Provide inputs for the compilation of grain and pasture enterprise budgets; Information on grain and pasture production; Recommendations regarding cultivars for different soil and climate combinations. Advise and train farmers on planting management and harvesting of grain and pastures; Interpretation of soil analysis and crop requirement for optimal recommendations for corrective actions; Relevant project evaluation within the monitoring and evaluation framework.
