Minimum requirements:
• REQV13 (M+3) or equivalent qualification related to Engineering Studies
• Professional qualification in education
• Qualified Artisan with a Trade Test certificate
• SACE registration
• A valid driver’s license

• Effective problem-solving and negotiating abilities

• Curriculum development

• Lesson preparation and methodology
• Classroom management
• Learners assessment
• Recording and analyzing of data
• Development of learning field competency
• Professional development in field of work and participation in activities of professional bodies
• Interaction with the community and other stakeholders
• Extra and co-curricular responsibilities
• Contribution to college development
• Strategic planning and management
