Qualifications : A relevant degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or related field on NQF 8 level Code B Drivers license
Experience : 8 years or more relevant experience covering a broad range of human resources functions and at least 5 years of supervisory / managerial experience

Salary : R 751 058.00 – R 974 930.00 per annum (TASK grading 17)
Probation Period : 3 Months

Job Purpose : Performs activities /tasks to plan, lead, direct and manage the Human Resources function at the West Coast District Municipality through the design, development and alignment of policies, procedures, systems and controls guiding human resource interventions, applications and outcomes and providing strategic advice on the mission initiatives with respect to human resources development aimed at supporting the accomplishment of the Municipality’s key performance areas and service delivery objectives.
This Competencies level for this position is a level 4 as stipulated in Annexure A of the Municipal Staff Regulations Government Notice R890 as promulgated in Government Gazette 45181 dated 20 September 2021 and comprises of the following Competencies.
