- Upon the arrival of the vehicle at the delivery point, make sure that the number of invoices matches the consignments loaded on the vehicle
- Ensure adherence to the delivery point rules, regulations and procedures at all times
- Communicate delays to the dispatching depot’s controllers for them to action in an attempt to resolve efficiently
- Make sure stock is offloaded and packed with due care
- Make sure to safeguard stock at all times. No stock may move before checked by yourself
- Make sure to advise the scanner at the delivery point if all is in order or if there are any discrepancies, and do not let he/she tell you
- Any discrepancies are to be recorded onto the Value Logistics discrepancy advise document detailed and in full

- This must also be communicated on the delivery point-specific communication platform along with photos send
