BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 
To manage the overall brand communication and management of uShaka Marine World; and to drive footfall to the Park. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric/Grade 12 
  • 3 years’ Degree in Marketing Management or related field. 
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
  • 5 years’ experience in the Marketing field with 3 years’ experience in brand management, leading a team of brand practitioners in a corporate environment.

CONTROL ROOM OPERATOR 
 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 
To ensure that the Control Room is manned, telephone queries are attended, and incidents reported to the immediate Supervisor. Record all incidents in the OB and relay messages to different departments in the park. Monitor the park through CCTV and do Target Reports daily. To ensure that CCTV and Fire Detection Systems are maintained in a good working condition. Manage key controls. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric /Senior Certificate, 
  • PSIRA Grade C 
  • Computer literate 
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
  • 2 years General Security and Surveillance experience

IT MANAGER
 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 
The purpose of this job is to ensure the overall functioning, service delivery and evolution of the ICT environment in order to support business goals. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric/Grade 12 
  • NQF level 7 qualification in ICT 
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
  • years ICT experience in managing complex ICT projects and ICT budgets, 4 years of which should be in managing Point Of Sales ICT systems. 
 
PREFERED REQUIREMENT 
  • NQF level 8 ICT qualification

MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN 
 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 
Responsible for the condition monitoring, maintenance, installation and repairs of general Civils Infrastructure, including thatching, roofing, waterproofing, ropework, netting and fencing within uShaka Marine World. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
  • years’ experience in maintenance of general civils infrastructure including thatching, roofing, waterproofing, ropework, netting and fencing and or manufacturing

HVAC REFRIGIRATION MECHANIC 
 
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB 
Responsible for the first line mechanical maintenance of the Mechanical Maintenance division within the R&M Mechanical Technical Department in line with the company’s vision, mission and values. 
 
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS 
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Matric
  • Trade tested Refrigeration Mechanic 
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 
  • years, post trade test working experience in refrigeration / air conditioning, Cooling Tower, Chillers and general HVAC equipment. 
  • Experience in leading a team of handymen
