REVENUE / PAYROLL CLERK
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric /Senior Certificate
- 3-year Diploma / Degree in Finance
- Computer Skills
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- 3 years’ experience in Finance, 2 years of which is in the payroll environment
- 2 years’ experience in payroll systems proficiency.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
- Verification of data captured by HR for adjustments, extensions, transfers, etc
- Accurate capturing of all payrolls related input and deductions
- Ensure that all medical aid and schedules and other benefits are accurate on the system.
- Ensure adherence to policy requirements in terms of specific capturing
- Prepare reconciliation between Payroll paid according to Sage and payroll bank account.
- Do legislative Statutory Reports to SARS & Department of Labour.
- Ensure timeous adjustments in relation to overpayment and shortages.
- Timeous importing of employee working hours on specific times and complete review of time sheets
- Ensure accurate loading of packages for senior levels and junior levels
- Run the various reports for confirmation before pay run.
- Completion and filing of all payroll reports and other relevant documents.
- Prepare and reconcile 3rd party payments (inclusive of medical aid, unions, loans, pension etc.)
- Issuing of IRP5’s to employees and resolution of employee payroll problems.
- Reconciling Mid-year and Year end EMP 501 as well as IRP5’s via the easy-file SARS program.
- Maintains financial documents within assigned accounting function
- Performs daily review, processing and reconciliations on merchandising and parking revenue
- Communicates and obtains clarity and evidence with relevant revenue centres
- Produces a comprehensive data pack for assigned revenue centres
- Creates CSV’s (journals) for revenues, clearing, transfers and corrections
- Produces balance sheet recons for assigned revenue centres and acts on reconciling items
- Verifies the stock counts performed by the outlets monthly to ensure accuracy by the outlets.

REVENUE ACCOUNTANT
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATION:
- Matric/Grade 12
- 3 years Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Finance
EXPERIENCE; KNOWLADGE:
- years working experience in the accounting environment, with 3 years on supervisory level
- 2 years’ experience in Debtors
- Knowledge of GRAP, MFMA and Caseware.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB:
- Guides revenue accounting functions with overall responsibility for developing and maintaining an efficient accounting service
- Accountable for the timely and accurate monitoring, classification, control and reporting of all revenues.
- Review and approval invoices, receipts, CSV’s, and rental debit orders
- Produces reports for internal and external stakeholders and summary reconciliations
- Co-ordinate long-range plans and budget requirements
- Steers the preparation of financial statements, internal and external for revenues.
- Accountable for all audits (EMARUS and Auditor General SA):

MAINTENANCE HANDYMAN (x2)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 10

- 3 years’ experience in maintenance of general civils infrastructure including thatching, roofing, waterproofing, ropework, netting and fencing and/or manufacturing

CLEANER
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE JOB
Responsible for consistently providing the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene by providing a scheduled and reactive cleaning service on a day to day basis in all areas of the Park.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Grade 10

- 1 year experience in cleaning and or housekeeping.
