DUTIES
- As the E-Learning Technical Secretary, you will play a crucial role in managing records within the E-Learning Unit, demonstrating your strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Should participate during user training and offer support after training and answer to user queries or provide a triage service to direct the queries to the relevant user support staff.
- Providing support for users of LMS such as Blackboard or Moodle for a minimum of six months is a must.
- To develop a decision Reporting to Head E-Learning, E-Learning Technical Secretary making a guide to determine how non-technical queries should be dealt with. Ensure users are aware of the availability of IT Helpdesk support.
- Review the queries received by the Helpdesk monthly to identify common issues that could be prevented through the provision of self-help online resources.
- Participate in the creation of an online ‘Virtual Helpdesk’ and surveying staff and students as to the effectiveness of the helpdesk provision and seek suggestions on areas in need of improvement.
