UMDONI LOCAL MUNICIPALITY 2021 BURSARY FUND APPLICATIONS
Kindly be reminded that your completed Application Form must be accompanied with the following documents:
● A certified copy of your South African Identity document
● A certified copy of your progress Report for grade 11 (Final results) and Most recent progress report for grade 12 (only if you are currently in Matric 2020)
● Copy of Tertiary Institution academic record to date
● Letter of acceptance or proof of administration from Tertiary Institution
● Proof of residence (obtainable from Ward Councillors)
● Proof of Income/ Parent or Guardian (Proof of grant payment from SASSA will be accepted)
Applications must only be hand delivered: At the Youth Development Office: Cnr of Bram Fischer and Williamson Streets, Scottburgh.
No late applications/ incomplete bursary forms/ No faxed or Email applications will be accepted.
Applicants who have not be been contacted within 30 days from the closing date should consider their applications to have been unsuccessful.
