Manager: Strategic Planning and Reporting

Requirements
A Bachelor degree in Public Administration or related field
Postgraduate Degree in Public Administration or related field will be an added advantage 
At least 5-10 years’ managerial experience
5-10 year’s relevant experience in strategy development, business planning and performance reporting. 
 
Competencies required: Quality of work, initiative, planning and execution, leadership and management of financial resources/ management of Human Resources 
Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills.
 
Duties
Manage the development of Umalusi strategic plan and annual performance plan 
•Manage the development of operational plans of the business units 
•Manage the quarterly and annual reporting processes 
•Develop systems for managing performance information 
•Manage the audit of pre-determined objectives and compliance processes 
•Manage and develop staff in the sub-unit 
•Manage the budget of the sub-unit.
