Our successful Slots Hosts …
· perform all slots related transactions with 100% accuracy
· ensure that company policies and procedures that govern slots activities are strictly adhered to
· impress guests with basic technical assistance and comprehensive knowledge of the various games and features
· ensure prompt and courteous service from waitressing staff
· present information about marketing promotions and loyalty programs to guests in a positive, engaging manner
· ensure the slot machine area is used legally and honestly, and is kept safe from hazards
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately
· support and drive Tsogo Sun’s core values in the slots area.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), verbal and written English skills (NQF 4), numeracy skills (NQF 4), strong people skills, one year experience handling pressure in a fast-paced customer facing environment, customer etiquette skills, problem solving ability, and basic technical knowledge of slot machines.
