Our successful Health and Safety Officers…
· ensure that staff , events on property, contractors , third party suppliers and tenants are aware of and operate in strict adherence to fire safety procedures, COIDA and the Occupational Health and Safety Act
· closely monitor the property’s fire life safety compliance, programs and checking adherence to local government & insurance requirements
· co-ordinate regular inspections of all out-sourced operations, checking adherence to SLA requirements specifically linked to OHSA
· investigate and resolve relevant OHSA breaches on property
· ensure that property projects are managed in strict compliance with OHSA requirements and liaise with local authorities (SAP, Metro Police, Fire, Health and Labour Department) where required
· maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders on property, the industry and local municipality
· work as part of a team, individually when required in order to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
· Deliver optimal standards of compliance with Event Health & Safety, Environmental sustainability and Property activations
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF4), a relevant Health and Safety qualification (SAMTRAC of higher), good computer literacy, an ability to train others and at least 2 years’ experience in Occupational Health and Safety.

· answer and manage all incoming department telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner
· are well groomed and presentable at all times
· taking bookings by phone and processing check-ins
· provide advice and information about local attractions, restaurant and transport options
· assist guest with special requests, for example wake-up services and taxi bookings
· liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are available for check-in
· attend to guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
· creating final bills at check-out and processing payments
· assist the Facilities Manager in the supervision of co-ordination of the day-to-day repair and maintenance of buildings and equipment
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), numeracy skills, verbal and written English skills (all NQF 4), great organisation skills, an attention to detail, a proven customer service focus, and at least two years’ experience in a similar position.

· liaise with all outsourced production companies
· assess venues and arrange pro-active maintenance in compliance with health and safety standards
· demonstrate inspirational leadership, and administrative and organisational abilities in consultation with the Theatre Technical Manager
· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.
If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), proficient skills in MS Office, project management experience and a background in the theatre industry in South Africa related to technical aspects.
