- .Assumes responsibility for working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate records for multiple projects - working with multiple managers and Centre divisions at large.
- Assumes responsibility for performing clerical support functions (depending on the need).
- Assumes responsibility for assisting Centre Finance and HR in following up with subcontractor and material supplier compliance issues.
- Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication and coordination with Centre personnel, including management.
- Assumes responsibility for ensuring that the work area is clean, secure, and well-maintained and for completing special projects and miscellaneous assignments as required.
- Meet regularly with the Managers and project team to understand the specific needs of each project and determine where assistance is needed.
- Assist with managing Project Managers schedules.
- Provide effective and efficient assistance with clients’ data processing.
- Manage the writing of new business proposals in alignment with the Centre’s objectives and targets.
Minimum requirements:
- Academic qualifications:
- A relevant Business degree / Advanced Diploma or other relevant qualification (NQF Level 7).
- Candidates are required to be registered TUT students with at least a Postgraduate Diploma within Management Sciences related courses.
- Experience:
- Two years experience in entrepreneurship training and development as well skills development in general.
- Knowledge of project administration and management.
- Ability to coordinate projects without supervision
- Experience in the promotion and marketing of entrepreneurship programmes and services
- Experience in Entrepreneurship Programme implementation at a tertiary institution will be an added advantage.
- Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills and attention to details.

• To provide remedial Lecturing duties for the extended/ foundation curriculum provision in the areas of computational mathematics and/or programming in line with the faculty's teaching strategy.
• Other lecturing duties e.g., invigilating, marking scripts, processing marks, on learning management system, assess/ moderate, online material development, and video development.
• Attend activities of the Unit e.g., meetings, mentorship, tutorship, panel interviews, workshops, events, etc.
• Establish/ participate in ICT-related community engagement project(s).
• Other relevant academic duties as required by the unit/academic manager e.g., curriculum review and development, module coordination, and content development.
1. Minimum Qualifications: • B Tech Degree/Honors Degree/Postgraduate Diploma in Computing or relevant qualification with math and programming in Java.
2. Minimum Experience: • 1-year lecturing experience in Mathematics and/or Programming.
3. Registration with a professional body (if applicable)
• None

Minimum Requirements
