The Department of Tourism Management, in the Faculty of Management Sciences requires the services of a WIL Coordinator 
 
Critical Performance Areas 
• Developing and implementing strategies for student placements, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance. 
• Providing orientation, mentoring, and guidance to students, and helping them set goals and develop work-related skills 
• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with industry to secure placement opportunities 
• Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in practical training 
• Managing administrative tasks related to WIL placements, including documentation and reporting 
• Organising and preparing workshops & similar activities for students 
• Visiting work placement sites regularly across all provinces of South Africa 
• Supervising WIL student assistants 
 
WORK INTEGRATED LEARNING (WIL)

​PART-TIME LECTURERS x4 END-USER COMPUTING UNIT

Department of End-User Computing in the Faculty of ICT seeks to appoint 
4 Part-time Lecturers at the Pretoria (1),Soshanguve(1), Arcadia and Arts (1) and Ga-Rankuwa (1) campuses. 
 
Key performance areas/Core functions: 
• Teaching End User Computing subjects (Level 5 and Level 6) 
• Subject Head duties / Subject Coordinator duties. 
• Academic Administration e.g., capturing of marks on ITS; sorting of student profiles etc. 
• Invigilation of tests. 
 
Minimum requirements: 
1. Academic qualifications: 
• Postgraduate Diploma or BTech in an IT specialization area. 
 
2. Experience: 
• Minimum of 1 year at a Tertiary Institution; not as an assistant or mentor but as a lecturer. 
• Candidates are expected to have experience in teaching modules according to the following campuses needs: 
 
Arcadia and Arts campus X1 
• Competency in teaching Microsoft Office 
 
Soshanguve X1 
• Experience in mentoring Access, Outlook & Computing Fundamentals theory will be an added advantage.
 
Ga-Rankuwa X1 
• Competency in Pastel and Pastel Advanced, Evolution, Business Intelligence, Payroll & Municipal Billing. 
 
Pretoria X1 
• Competency and experience in teaching Scratch Programming will be an advantage.
 
NB: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced part-time lecturer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate must be available to lecture during office hours (Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00).

The Tshwane School for Business and Society at the Pretoria campus, 1204 Park Street, Ditsela Place, Hatfield, Pretoria, requires the services of a part-time Student Assistant (19 hours per week) 
 
1. Job Summary:
The Student Assistant will provide the TSB Director with administrative support and contributing to the efficient operation of his office. 
 
Critical Performance Areas: 
• Provide administrative support to TSB Director, ensuring smooth daily operations. 
• Coordinate and manage Directors schedules, meetings, and appointments. 
• Handle confidential information with the highest degree of integrity. 
• Facilitate communication between executives, team members, and external stakeholders. 
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. 
• Manage office correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries. 
• Assist in organizing travel arrangements, events, and other logistical tasks. 
• Support in managing office systems, filing, and documentation processes. 
 
Minimum Requirements: 
• Postgraduate Diploma in Administrative Information Management or Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration. 
 
4. Experience: 
• Proven experience as a Student/Administration Assistant. 
• Sound knowledge of office management systems and procedures. 
 
Knowledge and Skills 
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Proficient in office software’s (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite). 
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
