Identify and work with key stakeholders within the ecosystem to ensure a coordinated approach in respect of research and monitoring and evaluation of programmes for the portfolio. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, drive the mandate of the department, and lead technical discussions without compromising the integrity of the Department. Provide strategic direction, management and control of the Chief Directorate and ensure effective and efficient administration of finance, human and physical resources.
