Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 ● 2 years’ experience. 
 
Other Requirements: High level of responsibility ● High level of confidentiality ● Ability to give attention to detail ● Good human relations and inter personal skills ● Good communication skills in two of the three official languages of the Western Cape Province (English, Afrikaans and Xhosa) ● Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Municipal Systems) ● able to perform under pressure ● able to plan and adjust 
 
Responsibilities/Duties: Must be able to apply sound administrative skills in order to render a quality service to a critical public ● Perform a wide variety of executive secretarial and administrative duties as required by daily operations in the Senior Manager’s office and for the department ● Coordination and Compilation of Monthly Reports for Development Planning 
● Perform Reception duties at the Office of the Senior Manager: Development Planning ● Overseeing payments of invoices and procurement processes of the Office of the Senior Manager: Development Planning ● Facilitate that invoices and quotations follow the correct processes ● Assist with any reasonable instruction or task as from time to time given by the Senior Manager: Development Planning. 
 
Recommendation: appropriate academic background; proven track record.

Salary: R 137 220.86- R 178 135.99 (subject to evaluation) Plus benefits
