Purpose of the job
To provide management with financial information and support to facilitate informed management decision as well as financial sustainability.
Key Responsibility Area
- Coordinate the submission of the allocated environments budget estimates and critically examine them for correctness, accuracy and completeness in order to compile the annual budget.
- Ensure implementation of the month end reporting policies, procedures and guidelines, provide financial advice for continuous improvement and monitor compliance in order to produce sound and informed financial reports for business decision making.
- Ensure the implementation of both internal and external audit recommendations by coordinating audit activities to enhance and enforce internal control measures for good governance.
- Effective management of project costing to ensure positive returns on investment as per company guidelines.
- Manage and empower staff to enable them to deliver on their performance goals to ensure the department achieves its objectives.
- Provide input into the departmental risk assessment and implement action plans and/or internal controls to manage risks to acceptable levels.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Finance or Management Accounting or NQF level 6 in the relevant finance or accounting discipline.
Experience: 6-7 years practical experience in Finance or Management Accounting, with 2years supervisory/management experience.
Technical Competencies Description
Good knowledge of Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP); Ability to develop and manage operational and capital budgets; Understanding of relevant legislation, including PFMA and Treasury regulations; Financial Reporting and Analysis, Risk Management and Control; Ability to review processes and draft appropriate policies and procedures; Human Resources management; Identification of and management of risk; Implementation and monitoring of internal controls; Oracle experience and knowledge will be a strong advantage; System processes; Ability to plan, monitor, and analyze financial information; Ability to analyze reporting information and recommend corrective action; Ability to make an informed decision; Experience in preparing financial schedules including the relevant annual financial statement disclosures.

Purpose of the job
To lead the design, implementation, debugging, documentation, release and maintenance of software-based solutions, write codes, and enhance software/systems in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.
Key Responsibility Area
Lead the design and development of new features for the software systems, and improvement of the existing ones. Implementation, debugging, documentation and release of the software solutions. Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field.
Experience: 6 - 7 years in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT Planning, systems development/procurement, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation including: minimum 3 years’ experience in a management/leadership level/role. Experience should include the following: Application Lifecycle Management experience including exposure to Agile methodology, API, Systems integration. 6 –7 years’ experience in Oracle EDQ, ODI, Java, Oracle Database technology and Oracle SQL. PL/SQL, WebSphere SI-Bus, HTML and JavaScript as added advantage.
Technical Competencies Description
Knowledge of: Computer science concepts including algorithms, data structures, operating systems and databases. Extensive knowledge of EDQ as a Data Management tool for data quality analysis, analysis, parsing, standardization, matching and merging product. Knowledge of ICT Governance e.g. COBIT and ITIL. Strong knowledge of software development, frameworks and methodologies (SDLC, Agile etc). Ability to design/develop and/or interpret test plans. Understand the software requirements for verification and validation of design documentations. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with system/data integration using ODI.

Experience: At least one-year corporate experience in the Service Management / End User Support Environment, OR Call Centre Agent experience with 1 – 2 years relevant experience in the End User Computing services and related LAN Infrastructures Services. Maintenance and support service of the End User Computing Services relating to all LAN Infrastructure Services such as servers, desktops, LAN cabling, switches and other LAN peripherals. Maintenance and support to ensure the availability of the services according to prescribed procedures, policies, standards and SLA’s. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software service requests, incidents and problem within End User Computing and all related LAN infrastructure.
Technical Competencies Description
Knowledge of: Desktop operating systems and application. Network cabling and telephony system. Security software and hardware. Technical support and maintains of the application system(s), hardware and software End User Computer and LAN infrastructure principles and topology, Internet protocols, services. Routing and switching technologies. ITIL. Procedure, Policies and standards.
Other Special Requirements
Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license and have own vehicle available for business use. Will be required to perform standby duties. May be required to perform Call Coordination and or Remote Support duties.

Purpose of the job
To develop proposals for customer products, services and solutions to meet the business requirements in collaboration with other SITA Lines of Business and functions including Architectural designs, product packaging as well as costing and pricing.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Implement the Commercial Proposal Development process in accordance with SITA Policy framework.
• Adhere to Architectural and Governance mechanisms for the Business Requirements.
• Adhere to architectural principles and governance mechanisms. Compliance with architectural principles and governance mechanisms.
• Support, implement and ensure adherence and compliance to the Commercial Proposal Development methodologies and regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience
