POSITION STATUS : Permanent (Internal & External) 
 
Purpose of the job 
To provide Functional Application Support Services relating to specific application systems according to service elements as specified in the applicable service level agreements. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
To provide Business Advisory Services. To provide functional application support services. Provide implementation support. Transfer skills to team members. Provide Integrated Management information support solutions to clients and management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum: 3-year bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in ICT. 
Experience 5-6 years’ experience/exposure in ICT services/Industry. Experience of systems maintenance and functional application support on client relate application with experience knowledge of financial management. 
Infrastructure management system will be an added advantage 
 
Technical Competencies Description 
Understanding of the client business. (Business processes, policies and/or business operations). Business Process Management (BPM). Software integration testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of acceptance testing procedures. Understanding of enterprise business systems. Software configuration/release principles. System implementation methodologies. Customer Relationship management. SITA Internal processes. IT Security standards and practices. Service management principles Client Business process development/ improvement. URS Development.

Purpose of the job 
To provide maintenance and support of internet services related infrastructure and associated services in order to ensure continuous availability of services. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
Internet Infrastructure configuration. Maintenance and support of the internet applications and security infrastructure. Problem and incident management. Coordination of change activities. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum:3-Year National Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline / NQF level 6 in Computer Science or Information Technology or Network. 
Equivalent open-source certification (added advantage) CCNA/CCNP (as an added advantage). 
Experience: 3 -5 years hands-on experience in the provision and support of Internet and Security services. 
 
Technical Competencies Description 
Internet protocols, services and standards – DNS, email, web proxy, content filtering VPN technologies and concepts (MPLS, Remote Access, IPSEC, and ISAKMP) Firewall technologies and principles Computer and network security principles Routing & Switching Service Level Management Project Management Principles Security Governance (Relevant Government Acts) Virtualization on UNIX host platform Mail Cleansing (Anti-spam) Internet Peering Personal Attributes / Behaviours: Agility, Collaboration, Customer Centricity, Integrity, Innovation and Empathy.
