Purpose of the job
Design, planning, acquisition and implementation of all related Server Infrastructure Services. Support and maintenance of all Server related Infrastructure including hardware and software. Manage the provisioning of all Server related Infrastructure Services, planning, coordinating, monitoring and controlling to ensure the availability the services according to the Service Level Agreements. Ensure the resolution of hardware and software; incidents and service requests according to contracted Agreements Support and maintenance of all Server related Infrastructure according to prescribed policies, procedures, standards and governance frameworks.
Key Responsibility Areas
• Investigate/confirm/refer/log a call to upgrade the server.
• Rectify the faults affecting the availability of the server
• Installation of servers
• Implement procedures and standards for Directory Integrated Systems, Servers and related services and monitor adherence thereof.
• Resolution and handling of medium operational Incidents as per SLA incident handling timeframes
• Monitoring of Server and Services Toolsets & Dashboards.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3 - year National Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, or IT/ related fields (NQF level 6) PLUS MCSA/ MCSE/ MCITP/ Microsoft Azure Certifications/ Microsoft 365 Certifications.

Key Responsibility Area
• Implement basic sourcing strategies, processes and administration activities for ICT Cluster (SITA Line of Business in order to deliver fast and efficient tender turnaround times as well as achieve business operational efficiencies.

Purpose of the job
To ensure certification of goods and services against the set MIOS and ISS standards as mandated by the SITA Act.
Key Responsibility Area
• Evaluation and analysis of vendor, partner, developer and integrator development practices to determine violations in security best business practices and identification of potential non-compliance.
• Analyze previous or potential hardware, software components for accreditation control conflicts in order to determine risks to network if not appropriately addressed.
• Analyze system concept of operations, operational environment and previous accreditation and certification documentation to determine if Information Assurance controls requesting to be approved for compliance could create a significant risk to the network/system.
• Analyze data capture requirements for the system and determine if system information require additional protection measures as outlined by standard setting bodies.
• Evaluation and analysis of all system components to determine compliance with associated Information Assurance controls, threats, vulnerabilities, and risks.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: B-Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or National Diploma in ICT at NQF Level 6.
Certification: ISO 27000 family of standards/TOGAF/ISACA would be an added advantage.
Experience: 7-8 years working experience in the Solution/system certification and accreditation field with management responsibilities in a corporate/public sector organisation, including 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor/Lead Specialist Certification in a corporate/public sector organisation. The incumbent will be required to consult and interact with relevant stakeholders, OEMs, Industry, standards generating bodies, certification bodies as well as travel to SITA offices if necessary.
