Purpose of the job 
The Lead Consultant Infrastructure Management Services is a senior role within End User Computing ensuring delivery on various service components within EUC such as Security Services, Backup Services, Service Management Services, Switch & Cabling Services and Infrastructure Implementation Services. Management of technical architecture design and solution team to ensure LAN design and solution implementation are successfully delivered and maintained. To maintain and gradually improve business aligned IT service quality through technical expertise in the evaluation, design, build and delivery of complex LAN Infrastructure solutions including LAN security architecture and solutions. Ensuring a high availability and delivery of the various services according to service level metrics. Management and execution of various Service Level Agreements and delivery of the various projects according to charters and plans. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
• Manage the execution of EUC Infrastructure Implementation strategy; 
• Manage and ensure consistent implementation of the: Infrastructure Implementation operational plan, new IT solutions requests, standards, policies and processes across SITA; 
• Implementation of business improvements and develop proposals for new solution;
• Ensure the provisioning of integrated End User Computing Services; 
• Manage Security Architecture and design, solution development; 
• Management of project outputs; 
• Human Resource Management; and 
• Financial Management. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum: 3-year Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT or related fields. Prince 2/PMP/ Project Management Certifications will be added advantage 
Experience: 7 - 8 years computer technology working experience in the respective field including the following: LAN Security skills ITIL.

Purpose of the job 
To manage the provision of server management and support services, to manage the performance of systems, servers and other related infrastructure, and to ensure all related incidents logged are resolved timeously. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
• Manage Server Management Services and Support Service Delivery ensure optimal Call Management within the EUC Server Management environment; 
• Facilitate the implementation of EUC Service Management Operational plan, processes, policies and standards. 
• Ensure Adherence to Quality Standards and Requirements. 
• Manage the provision of EUC Server Management support services. 
• Management of the EUC Server Management team. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Required Qualification: minimum 3-year National Higher Diploma / National First Degree in Computer Science, IT or a verified / certified IT related @ NQF Level 6. 
Relevant ICT related certifications (ITIL, Product related, Quality, Leadership, MCSA, MCSE etc) will be an added advantage. 
Experience: 6 - 7 years practical experience in Server Management. which should include: 3 Years’ experience as a Manager/ Specialist/Supervisor with management/supervision of business support/operations in a Corporate/Public Sector Organisation. Management of performance of systems, servers and other related infrastructure Management and resolution of incidents logged Experience in the provision of ICT solutions and services.

Purpose of the job 
To manage an efficient and service-oriented Demand Management & Supply Intelligence function which directs all government spend for ICT goods and services through cutting edge spend analytics and market intelligence in order to execute best practice procurement to leverage cost and operational excellence to enhance service delivery. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
• Develop, implement demand management strategies, processes, frameworks and tools in the areas of demand planning, demand operations and supplier intelligence. 
• Manage, execute and report demand planning processes and activities to achieve business operational efficiencies 
• Manage, execute and report on supply intelligence processes and activities to achieve business operational efficiencies

Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum Bachelor’s degree: Commerce/ Engineering/IT/Supply Chain /Logistics/Law; or NQF Equivalent. 
Registration with a Procurement and Supply Chain Management professional body (e.g. MCIPS) and/or Master’s degree will serve as an added advantage. 
Experience: 8 Years in Procurement and/or Supply Chain Management of which a minimum of 4 years must have been in a Management role Demand Planning and market intelligence experience would be an added advantage 
Understanding of commodity and category management execution. 
 
Technical Competencies Description
