Purpose of the job 
To ensure that SITA complies with financial and legal requirements and maintains governance standards in the discharge of its duties to ensure that all organisational operations are carried out within the realm of corporate governance. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
  • Manage the effective running of the activities of the Board in conjunction with the Board Chairperson 
  • Act as a primary point of contact and source of advice/guidance to Board Members regarding SITA and its activities to assist in their decision-making process. 
  • Keep under review all legal and regulatory developments affecting SITA’s operations and make sure the Directors are properly informed of such developments 
  • Co-ordinate the publication and distribution of the company’s annual report and accounts and interim statements, in consultation with the company’s internal and external advisers when preparing the directors’ report to ensure that reporting is done in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Manage the development and implementation of systems that ensure that SITA complies with all applicable codes as well as its legal and statutory requirements 
  • Maintain statutory books including registers of members and directors to advise the shareholder accordingly on any changes 
  • Facilitate the proper induction and training of Board Members to enable them to assume their roles and responsibilities and execute their fiduciary duties in the best interests of SITA as set out in the Companies Act and all other applicable Legislations. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Required Qualification: National Diploma/Degree in Law or Commerce. Registration with the SA Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators will be an added advantage. 
Certifications: 8 – 10 years' experience in Corporate Governance or Legal and Commercial Environments. 5 years' experience in the field of Committee Secretary. 3 to 5 years' experience in an Assistant Company Secretary or Board secretary role. 
Registration with a Professional Body: Companies Act. SITA Act. Governance Body of Knowledge (G-BOK). 
King Code III and applicable Legislations. ICT business Environment and Landscape. 
Experience: 7 – 8 years’ experience in Corporate Governance or Legal and Commercial Environments. 5 years’ experience in the field of Committee Secretary. 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Company Secretary role.

Purpose of the job 
To development, implement, optimise Service Asset and Configuration Management processes and influence service delivery by applying Service Transition (Service Asset and Configuration Management) aligned to the ITIL Service Lifecycle, relevant ISO standards and Cobit Governance to Government enabling effective service management, to support the management of BA, SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
  • Implementation of ITIL Life Cycle stage (Service Transition) relevant to Service Asset and Configuration Management for services provides to government thereby ensuring that risks to services as a result of IT changes are effectively managed in order to provide excellent service delivery. 
  • Define and implement specifications for the CMDB (Configuration Management Database). 
  • Receive change information and update the CMDB. 
  • Plan and Manage Configuration Management audits. 
  • Manage Configuration status accounting. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum: 3-Year Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / NQF level 6 
Experience: 3 – 5 years’ experience in Service Management principles related to Service Asset and Configuration Management good practice methodologies, including: Experience in implementation and application of Service Asset and Configuration Management process and supporting technologies (ITIL, Cobit, ISO). Experience of working in a team and involvement in project management delivery concepts. Experience in dealing with customers. 
 
Technical Competencies Description 
Knowledge of: Processes and procedure development and implementation. Understanding of Service Transition aligned to ITIL good practice methodology. Understanding service/process performance evaluation, monitoring and reporting. Fair understanding and practice of of Project Management. Excellent understanding of ICT industry and IT Architecture and components.

Purpose of the job 
To assist with the management of service request for data lines, client billing and processing of supplier invoices. 
 
Key Responsibility Areas 
• The provision and managing of a portfolio of support services to Line Managers;
• Provisioning of the SITA Network and Telecommunication infrastructure; 
• Ensure that measuring and reporting upon the performance of the IT Infrastructure Service processes are in place and effective; 
• Ensure that all the service request is maintained and update on a weekly basis;
• Reporting and Communication; 
• Attend meetings. 
 
Qualifications and Experience 
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Office Administration or in Business Management / NQF level 6. 
Certification: ITIL Foundation will be an added advantage. 
Experience: 3 – 4 years working experience performing request fulfilment management in a corporate/public sector organization.

Liaise with clients, management, technical staff and service providers to ensure that requirements are met. 
 
Qualifications and Experience
