Purpose of the job

Key Responsibility Area

• Manage business analysis and design projects spanning multiple environments to ensure that it is successfully delivered. Manage and model Target Business Solution Specification in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government
• Manage and develop business analysis and design work packages for integrated software components, taking into consideration SITAs software development stack and doing this in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for Government.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience with 4 years as a business analyst, business domain/architecture development, requirement management and end-to-end business process modelling including business reengineering.

Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Bachelor's degree in ICT (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) or related field.
Experience: 6 - 7 in the ICT field, including Data Management, IT Governance, IT Planning, systems design, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation including: minimum 3 years’ experience in a management/leadership level/role.
Experience should include the following: Systems Analysis and Design, Application Lifecycle Management experience including exposure to SDLC and Agile methodologies, proficiency in Oracle SQL. Knowledge of Oracle EDQ and ODI and is an added advantage.

Purpose of the job
