SPECIAL INVESTIGATING UNIT (SIU)
The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is in the process of implementing a new strategy that has resulted in a new operating model and structure. SIU is in search of new performance-driven team members who will perform functions related to drive the implementation of the new strategy that will position the SIU as a leading Anti-Corruption Agency in South Africa, underpinned by a performance-driven culture.
Suitably qualified individuals are invited to apply for the following 24 months fixed position at Head Office, Pretoria.
CONSULTANT: PERFOMANCE MANAGEMENT X1

Head Office: Pretoria
Main purpose: To facilitate workshops to develop generic performance agreements. Manage the facilitated discussions as well as provide a substantive support to SIU HC Unit as may be needed.
Minimum qualification and experience: National Diploma/ B Degree in Human Resource or equivalent (NQF 6). Member of HC Board. 3 years’ experience in performance management.
Key performance areas (include but not limited to): Facilitate workshops to develop specific performance agreements as it relates to the individual job description for the SIU. Manage the facilitated discussions as well as provide a substantive support to SIU HC Unit as may be needed. Development of online e-learning product. Provide continuous support to ensure Performance Ambassadors are competent upon successful completion of the programme. Develop project related templates for programme implementation, monitoring and evaluation across the project value chain

Required knowledge (includes but not limited to): Knowledge of performance management processes and systems. Knowledge of Organisation Design principles. Understanding of Corporate governance principles. An understanding of the strategic delivery requirements of the SIU.
