Minimum Requirements
- A recognized 3-year Degree/Diploma.
- Teachers qualification with majors in the particular field of study will be an added advantage, In-depth knowledge of the subject.
- Registration with SACE (South African Council of Educators) will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication in English (written and verbal), organizing, planning and administration skills. Ability to monitor students’ performance and provide critical feedback in an objective and professional manner.
- Ability to relate to students in a professional manner and to promote a conducive teaching and learning environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
Facilitate general academic and career development of students. Prepare lesson plans and lecturer students in compliance with the College Annual Academic Plan, the Campus timetable and the College Quality Management System. Assess students, maintain assessment records and capture marks electronically in compliance with the College’s policies and procedures. Create a conducive classroom environment and ensure efficient classroom management and discipline of student’s. Report to the Senior Lecturer and liaise with the Student Support Officers in providing support interventions to student’s. Distribute textbooks and student packs to students and maintain the necessary records. Manage and monitor student attendance, and organize job placement and excursions for students.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Three year teachers’ qualification
- 5 years’ experience in TVET sector
- Five year teaching experience of which two should be at supervisory level
- Comprehensive knowledge of the TVET Sector and relevant legislation governing the sector.
- A qualified artisan would be added advantage
- Must have a valid driver’s license

- Coordination and ensure that prelims are checked, signed by students.
- Ensure that information of students captured is correct, verified and application forms are securely stored.
- Training and orientation of academic staff regarding academic programmes offered
- Manage and oversee academic staff during registration (hours and tasks)
- Handle special enquiries during registration in cooperation with Campus
- Manager/Oversee the smooth running of the examinations and assessment cycles working closely with Campus Management.
- Monitor examinations on Campus in the planning and preparations
- Ensure that subject meetings, class visits are conducted as planned.

Minimum Requirements
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- N6/Diploma in Secretarial/Public Management/ Management Assistant qualification will be added as an advantage

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12/ Matric Certificate
- An undergraduate qualification in Public Management, Public. Administration/Business Management or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- At least 12 months’ Secretarial and/or administrative experience.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- The candidate must be able to take minutes and write reports
- Planning, administrative and organizational skills
- The ability to work under pressure
- The candidate must also be able to write reports, the ability to work with an electronic diary, and experience in managing a filing system.

DUTIES
- Assist the governance coordinator to managing and coordinating administrative support functions pertaining to the College Council and its committees.
- Assist with preparing agendas and minutes/reports for Council meetings and sub-committees.
- Assist with Council and Sub-committees’ administration, as and when requested.
- Track and maintain records of all financial transactions pertaining to Council and Sub-committee members.
- Manage all logistical arrangements for the office of the Governance coordinator.
- Prepare supporting documentation for Council meetings and Sub-committees.
Note: All candidates for this post will be required to undertake a writing and/or computer test.

- Assist with the Accreditation document compilation for QCTO and SETA’s

- Facilitate learner stipend payments and Handling provider claims as per set tranche
