Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate with 0-2 years’ working experience. Computer literacy and a valid Driver’s License are essential (successful candidate will be expected to drive). 
 
The incumbent will:- Handle personnel administrative matters, which include capturing of information on the oracle system, such as: Recruitment, Selection and appointment; Staff allowances; staff resettlement; Transfer of staff between components, units’ regions etc; Secondments; Long service awards; termination of services; leave administration; handle incapacity leave matters and leave database; capture leave in the oracle system (leave without pay, PILIR cases, IOD); monitor leave transactions on Oracle; Conduct leave audits; Ensure that leave forms are being filed (leave without pay, PILIR); Assist with the compilation of statistical reports on human capital matters; Advise/Assist district offices and local offices with human capital operational issues. ASSISTANT MANAGER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT 
Salary: R382 245- R450 255 p/a, SL 9 (exclusive of benefits) 
Location: Regional Office, Cape Town (Ref No: ASDSCM-2/2022) 
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold a B-Degree / National Diploma or any other relevant 3 year tertiary qualification with at least 3-5 years Supply Chain Management experience. Computer literacy and a Valid Driver’s license are essential. 
 
Added Advantage: CIPS qualification or registration, Experience on the LOGIS Procurement and Payment System, BAS financial computerized system, Oracle or any other ERP computer system. 
 
The incumbent will:- Implement the Demand plan for the financial year, Manage the supplier database, Provide internal control services, Provide asset management services, Assist in the management of the resources in the unit. Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

Minimum Requirements: 
Candidates should hold a relevant Degree/National Diploma (NQF 6/7) with 1-2 years working experience. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential. 
 
The incumbent will:- be responsible to monitor and ensure the maintenance of log books of pool vehicles; ensure the implementation and maintenance of appropriate registers; monitor the implementation and maintenance of database assets. Ensure the local office staff comply with HR policies and procedures; ensure that all HR forms ad documents are correct and complete; ensure that HR request/ documents/ forms are forwarded to District office timeously; ensure the maintenance of appropriate registers. Ensure the implementation and maintenance of a filing system that is aligned to the master file plan of SASSA; represent the Local Office in various meetings, forums committees; assist with the arrangement of meetings and special events or awareness campaigns. Obtaining of quotations if not available; write motivation and attached comparative schedule; obtain approval from delegated authority; ordering of items; receipts, check and book items in accordance to the delivery note. Supervision, appraisal, disciplinary; eave; training and development; planning and organization; guidance and monitoring.
